the artist's work. Do not be subjective.
Do not use any historical content that one cannot perceive from the painting. For example, the background of the artist or the book. However, it is ok to include historical details through observation from the painting.
Remember also, you are to include two carefully finished diagrams of the image you're discussing: one from eye level, and a second from directly above. You may want to include these in your discussion of Composition. Go Slow, Take your time, proof read your paper and be prepared to make changes along the way.
