Analysis of a Governmental Budgeting

The term paper will be entitled, “Analysis of a Governmental Budgeting.” Will need to examine the recent governmental budgeting issues.
Subtopics to include: Organized budgets, fixed and variable costs, inflation, the budget process, budget cutbacks, Legislative Budget tools, long term financing, investment strategies, Forecasting and Managing Cash Flow.
**The final term paper should be 12 pages in length, using Journal Style formatting.**
All parts must be included in the paper.
